Engineered for high-horsepower street and track builds, this replacement straight-cut gearset gives your Honda K-Series transmission maximum torque capacity and power delivery without sacrificing driveability. Built with massive, forged gear teeth that undergo specialized heat treatment, cryogenic treating, and shot peening, this set reduces parasitic drivetrain power loss while easily handling up to 750 HP.
Featuring a splined gear body design, long-term maintenance and individual syncgro rings replacement are straightforward and cost-effective—eliminating the need to replace entire gear.

Features & Benefits
-
Reduced Parasitic Drag: Straight-cut profiles lower axial thrust loads and minimize power loss through the drivetrain.
-
Modular Splined Bodies: Simplifies servicing; replace individual worn components instead of full gear assemblies.
-
Extreme Metallurgy: Heavy-duty forged alloy construction, heat-treated, cryo-treated, and shot-peened for maximum shear strength and fatigue resistance.
-
Direct-Fit Value: Standard-fit layout engineered to deliver top-tier strength at the most competitive price point on the market.
Assembly & Compatibility Requirements
IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTES: Due to the significantly larger gear teeth and heavy-duty countershaft design, clearancing and specific synchro combinations are required during assembly.
-
Reverse System: Must clearance both the reverse actuator and reverse fork to ensure clearance for larger gear diameters.
-
Speed Sensor: Transmission casing speed sensors (front-mounted, non-differential type) MUST be clearanced with a washer to prevent the sensor magnet from contacting the larger gears.
-
Bearing Plate: The high-torque 4.0 countershaft features enlarged teeth; the bearing plate must be trimmed to clear.
-
Synchro Requirements:
-
1st–2nd Gear: Requires Triple Cone Synchros.
-
3rd–4th Gear: Requires Dual Cone Synchros (6-speed style).
-
-
Hub & Slider Assembly: Must use a 6-speed 3rd–4th Hub & Slider (Will not work with 5-speed components).
-
Countershaft Bearing: Requires the Civic Si 4.7 countershaft bearing.
