Refund policy

Cancellations can only be requested for orders same day, 3.5% process fee.

Returns only within 15 day of delivery date.

We provide return label the cost will be deducted from refund along with 10% fee to repackage and restock item. Only new and not used items accepted. We will inspect when returned and request refunds, can take up to 10-15 business days for card processing company to send.

Exchange only, if part fail due to manufacture defect on test drive at or under specified hp rating. Must be professionally installed by certified installer and provided, shimming and thrust endplay with pictures/video in window case.

We are not liable for any breakage due to improper install or use.
