**Core Function & Material Specifications**
* **Material:** Billet 7075 anodized aluminum.
* **Primary Purpose:** Stabilizes the input and output shafts under heavy load/high torque in drag applications (1st–4th gear sets), preventing shaft deflection and stack separation.
* **Compatibility:** Designed to fit specifically with manufacturer gearsets and OEM 5th/6th gears. Fitment with other aftermarket brands is not guaranteed.

**5-Speed Transmission Conversion Requirements**
If installing **Option 2** or **Option 3** into a factory 5-speed casing/transaxle, you **must convert the shift components to 6-speed spec**. The setup will not operate using factory 5-speed forks or selector cages.
* **3–4 Shift Fork:** 6-speed specification.
* **Reverse Fork:** 6-speed specification (slides on the 3–4 shaft).
* **5–6 Shift Fork:** 6-speed specification.
* **Selector Interlock Cage:** 6-speed version (required for the longer slot to reach reverse).
