⚠️ Important Installation & Clearance Notes
Due to the larger tooth profile and enlarged gear dimensions, proper clearance checks are mandatory prior to final assembly:
Reverse Components: You must clearance the reverse actuator and reverse fork to ensure full clearance around the larger gears.
Speed Sensor Clearance: For transmissions utilizing a front-mounted speed sensor (casing mounted, not on the differential), you must shim/clearance the speed sensor using a washer. Failure to space the sensor outward will cause the larger gears to strike the sensor magnet during operation.
